After doing the band thing in Seattle for a couple years in the earlier part of the century, Mike headed back to his homeland of Eastern Oregon (It's over by Idaho somewhere) to pursue the film thing. But shortly after his homecoming, Hurricane Katrina happened, so Mike and his bandmates headed down to New Orleans to do laundry for the flood victims and play music for the Red Cross volunteers and relief workers.

During his four months of 12-hour shifts on the laundry truck, Mike thought he might use his time between spin-cycles to learn another skill besides the perfect t-shirt fold. So he picked up a laptop and started up on the web thing.

Being a big believer in and supporter of the fine and crazy and creative arts, he feels right at home at Someday, using this thing called web to help spread the message of Viva L'Arte.
