is a loosely organized experimental arts syndicate, born in PDX - USA in 1998.
Utilizing a broad spectrum of media to invoke spontaneous and ritually produced actions, the PAN-ZEN Kabal communicates direct from the Otherground, through staged events, temporary sites, teknivals, and sacred spaces.
PAN-ZEN became manifest through the collective desires of a group of musicians and performers who performed as PANdrogynous Ad Nauseum. Through the need to produce specific environments in which to perform, the group began producing its own shows.... PANdrogynous preZENtationz.... Over the past seven years many projectz have developed around and within PAN-ZEN, creating an ever expanding nettwyrk of performance activists, musicians, live artists, and ....
PAN-ZEN has deviously konspired with many krews and presenters including 2 Gyrlz, Katabatik/NommoOgo, 36 Invisibles, and TOPI Tribe; flown its flag at the Autonomous Mutant Festival and EL-fest; and manifest everywhere from private PSPs - to - ritual gatherings - to - otherground events throughout the 1-5 corridor, and beyond....
