KLEZMOCRACY, with GINGGANG

This corridoor within the mansion of new music is decorated with aristocratic reserve, with the trappings of a gypsy life left behind. Things these three bands have in common: violin, sweet melodious singing, Eastern European influence, strange baroque arrangements, postmodern touches of metal and ethereal pop. Reasons to stay away: perhaps you've hurt yourself, or you are afraid of crowds.

STREAMING LIVE MARCH 31st!

About the artist

Ginggang is a metal klezmer gypsy blues rock old world cabaret featuring electric guitar, violin and concertina.

Ginggang is a thousand stripes. A mix of rich dark traditions and rock and roll. Old World meets New World in an electric caberet. Nissa Diamant sings of lost and troubled loves and cities while playing heavy electric guitar or his melancholic concertina. Annamari Navratil's violin soars and dives in the riffs while Stefan Jecusco and Bebe Neujahr stride and lurch on the bass and drums. They are one of the more unique outfits playing in the Northwest right now.
