FANKICK! is:
A dynamic 80’s duo entertaining the masses on the streets of Seattle. Their highly choreographed routines, winning attitudes, high kicks, and tongue and cheek humor will have you begging for more. Neon garments, loads of pearls, fingerless gloves, and studded crosses light their way to a street corner near you.
DEBBIE DAZZLE
Dancer of the wind… dancer of the night… her edges will cut you like a knife. She’s "poppin’" "whack" "fresh" "radical”… love is her battlefield - a shiny, sparkling, splashy sensation. As one half of FANKICK!, Debbie got her start choreographing dance routines during 4th grade recess (running just as fast as we can), and now her renegade 5 6 7 8 rhythms can be seen all of over the city’s alleys and streets. Debbie has a deep love of aerobic exercise videos, geometric patterns, and TAB sodas. A favorite slogan: “We can make it happen!”
SUZI SPOTLIGHT
It’s yours truly, Suzi, the totally jammin’ totally whammin’ street beatin’ sensation. Suzi hails from intergalactic New Jersey, where a family obsessed with backstage hen behavior and a plethora of talent show mishaps sent her on her way to underground stardom. Her favorite pastime, pogo stick maneuvering, proved to be seminal in her creative process and now, as part of FANKICK! she divests these talents ruthlessly to many a street corner. Suzi collects boomboxes, fishnets, garbage pails, Nagle detritus, and various out of stock exercise equipments. She loves music; a singer at heart, she’s a true talent: Watch out boys she’ll chew you up!
